Enable via Measure > Snap menu. Green indicator shows snap target.
Snap to Line
Snap measurement points to parcel edges
Enable via Measure > Snap menu. Snaps to nearest edge within sensitivity.
Sensitivity
Set snap detection radius
Adjust pixel distance for snap detection (default: 15px).
Units
Toggle Imperial / Metric
Switch between ft/acres and m/hectares. Updates all existing labels live.
Delete
Remove individual measurements
Click on a completed measurement to remove it.
Clear All
Remove all measurements
Removes all measurements and cancels in-progress drawing.

Lease Sample Data: Proprietary lease records covering a sample of commercial and residential properties in Greater Saint John. Data includes rental rates, lease terms, and property types.
SNB Assessment Data (GeoNB): Property transaction records from the New Brunswick geographic information portal. Includes sale prices, assessed values, and property descriptions.
Neighbourhood Boundaries: ArcGIS Feature Service providing neighbourhood polygon boundaries for the Saint John region.
GeoNB Parcels: PID parcel boundaries from the New Brunswick Geographic Information Corporation (GeoNB SNB Parcels).
GeoNB NBRN: New Brunswick Road Network data including road classifications and traffic flow direction.
